Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Abdullah Khaled Abdullah Mohamed Abdullah has increased his ownership in Misr Hotels to 2.59% from 2.30%.

The shareholder purchased 114,340 shares in Misr Hotels at a total value of EGP 3.39 million or an average share price of EGP 29.68, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

Arabeya Online acted as a broker in the transaction.

In June 2022, Misr Hotels announced it plans to achieve EGP 291.16 million in net profit during fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023 and invest about EGP 196.40 million.

Furthermore, it said it intends to partner with Mohandes Insurance Company to cover its assets and properties for one year.
